Terms of Use
Effective date: October 13, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your use of www.erplo.com (the "Site"), operated by ERPLO LLC ("ERPLO", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Information only — no service agreement
The Site describes ERPLO's consulting, implementation, upgrade, support and training services. Content on the Site is general information. It is not an offer, a quote, or professional, legal, tax or accounting advice. Any services we provide are governed solely by a separate signed agreement or statement of work, which controls over anything on the Site.
2. Your use of the Site
You may view the Site for lawful purposes connected with evaluating or working with ERPLO. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo and are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You agree not to:
- submit false, misleading, unlawful or malicious content through the contact form
- send spam, automated submissions or bulk messages
- probe, scan, overload or try to bypass the Site's security or rate limits
- scrape or copy Site content in bulk, or use it to train machine-learning models, without our written permission
- use the Site in any way that violates applicable law
We may block access from any IP address or user that breaches these Terms.
3. Submissions
When you contact us, you confirm the information is accurate and that you are authorized to share it. Do not send confidential or sensitive information through the contact form; no confidentiality obligation arises from a website enquiry unless we have signed a separate agreement. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos and design, are owned by ERPLO or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. "ERPLO" and the ERPLO logo are trademarks of ERPLO LLC. You may print or download pages for your own internal business use. No other license is granted.
5. Third-party trademarks
Microsoft, Dynamics 365, Business Central, Dynamics NAV, Microsoft 365, Power Platform and Azure are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies. Other product and company names are trademarks of their respective owners. ERPLO is an independent company. References to these products describe the products we work with and do not imply that the owners sponsor or endorse ERPLO, unless we state a specific partner status.
6. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices. The Site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., and its availability depends in part on that provider.
7. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ERPLO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Descriptions of software features, results or timelines are illustrative; actual outcomes depend on each project.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ERPLO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you in full.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify ERPLO against claims, losses and reasonable legal fees arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at info@erplo.com and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
11. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after that date means you accept the changes. We may suspend or discontinue the Site at any time.
12. General
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and ERPLO about the Site. If these Terms are translated, the English version controls.
