Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 13, 2026
ERPLO LLC ("ERPLO", "we", "us") operates www.erplo.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what personal information we collect through the Site, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It does not cover services we deliver to clients under a signed agreement; those are governed by that agreement.
1. Who is responsible
ERPLO LLC, 501 E Las Olas Blvd, Suite 300, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301, United States, is responsible for personal information collected through the Site. Contact: info@erplo.com.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you give us. When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, company, phone number, the topic you select and your message. Name, email and message are required; the rest is optional.
2.2 Information collected automatically. When you submit the form we record your IP address and your browser's user-agent string with your submission. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, also processes IP addresses and request data for every visit to deliver the Site and protect it from attacks.
2.3 What we do not collect. We do not ask for payment details, government identifiers or sensitive personal information through the Site. Please do not include them in your message.
3. How we use it
- To read and respond to your enquiry and follow up about our services
- To prevent spam and abuse, including limiting the number of submissions from one IP address
- To keep the Site secure and running
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use
We do not sell your personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
4. Legal bases (EEA/UK visitors)
We rely on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (answering your enquiry), our legitimate interests (running a secure site, preventing abuse and following up on business enquiries), and compliance with legal obligations.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that process it on our behalf under contract:
| Provider | Purpose | Data |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Website hosting, content delivery, security, and storage of form submissions (Cloudflare Workers and D1) | All Site requests; form submissions with IP and user agent |
| Microsoft Corporation | Email delivery of form notifications to our team (Microsoft 365) | Form contents |
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
6. Cookies
The Site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies (for example __cf_bm) to distinguish people from bots. Because we use only strictly necessary cookies, we do not show a cookie consent banner. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies; doing so will not prevent you from using the Site.
7. How long we keep it
We keep contact-form submissions for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them, unless they become part of a client relationship or we must keep them longer for legal reasons. Emails you send us are kept under our normal business records schedule.
8. Where it is processed
ERPLO is based in the United States. Cloudflare operates a global network, so your request may be handled in a data center near you before data is stored. If you are outside the United States, your information will be transferred to the United States. Where required, we rely on our providers' Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework for these transfers.
9. Security
The Site is served only over HTTPS. Access to stored submissions is limited to authorized ERPLO personnel. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know or access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, receive a copy in a portable format, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent where we rely on it. California residents also have the right to know what categories of information we collect and to not be discriminated against for exercising their rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in California law.
To make a request, email info@erplo.com with the subject "Privacy Request". We will verify your request using the email address you used with us and respond within the time the law requires (generally 30–45 days). You may use an authorized agent. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision; if your appeal is denied you may contact your state attorney general. EEA/UK residents may also complain to their local data protection authority.
11. Children
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
12. Changes
We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date. If changes are material, we will give more prominent notice.
